poetry: purple ink
scared little girl
in solitude
haunted and troubled
no one knows her name
alone in her pain
she has grown up
before You
You never missed a moment
a newly lit spark
in her deep brown eyes
You have set her
heart on fire
You have honored her
like she has never known before
set upon her a crown
taken her as Your own
You've ignited a creativity
that cannot be exinguished
she scribbles in purple ink
somehow it all makes sense.
